Busy Days...

WOW! I can't believe it is already May 6th! I always have good intentions to post a new entry each week and then a month passes and I'm trying to catch up! :) Needless to say, April was really busy too, but, I'm beginning to think that our life is just busy...but, that's how we like it--I guess!
We celebrated Easter in VA and then my mom came to visit us in NC for her Spring Break! It was great to have her here as an extra body to help with the boys. I think it is the only time this month that I've actually had all the laundry caught up! :) We planted flowers and even did some shopping, too! Great memories! Jason's mom was able to come help us out with the boys when we went to a military formal...another great memory! We also were able to head back to VA for the 2nd Annual Ringling Brothers Circus...the boys LOVED it! I've taken up a new hobby--couponing! I've had fun finding "deals" when doing the weekly shopping. Good times! The boys are growing like crazy...Jacob and Thomas LOVE doing anything to help Jason in the yard most days and would rather be playing at their sand table than anything else. Micah is about to WALK! It is really fun watching him start to interact with Jacob and Thomas...he likes to get right in the middle of all of the action...last night, he took his first bath with the other two boys! It was great! We are loving our life here in NC...making memories and enjoying every second together as a family!

Back to Blogging!

WOW! It's been almost 2 months since my last blog post! Where did the time go!? Goodness! Looking back over the past few months, we've been SO busy with "All Things HOUSE!" Numerous trips to Lowe's, Target, Home Depot, and what feels like a bazillion other stops along the way...all while juggling the 3 boys! :)
We have really enjoyed settling in and really love North Carolina, too! There are still a few boxes lingering in the garage, but, for the most part--we are getting used to things here in Fayetteville and have really enjoyed getting to know the area and meeting new friends.
Jason did a field exercise with his new unit and was gone for 2 weeks to Ft. Campbell in late January-early February. He is enjoying being back in the Army! The boys are doing great! Getting bigger each day...time flies! It is hard to believe that Jacob and Thomas are almost 3! Micah is on the verge of crawling and is slithering and scooting around all over the place. I've enjoyed meeting some new friends and have recently discovered MOPS in our area. LOVE IT!
House pictures to come soon!
Happy March!

Micah's 1/2 Birthday--January 7, 2010

It's Rice Cereal Time!
Not so sure about this...
I love this hat, Mama!
Jacob gets to help feed Micah!
Loving my 1/2 Birthday Celebration!
WOW! Micah Benjamin is 6 months old! We had a great time celebrating his 1/2 Birthday...Jacob and Thomas decided that Micah needed his own birthday cake, but, Mama decided that his cake would wait until six more months! We celebrated with Micah's first taste and 1/2 bowl of Rice Cereal! Yum! Yum! Here are some pictures of the special day!

Happy 2010!

WOW! Happy New Year! Woo Hoo! We have so many exciting changes to look forward to this year! A New Job (for Jason)and a New House! Yeah! We have so much to be thankful for and so much to look forward to this year...for sure!
We've had a busy month since my last post...we've enjoyed time with Jason while he was in transition between his job in Arlington and the Army. We took advantage of his time off and went on lots of adventures! Trips to Georgia, Kentucky, Indiana, and 2 children's museums were definitely the highlights of our month.
Our house in NC is ALMOST finished! Yeah! Christmas was a blast and the boys are still excited with what Santa brought...tricycles!
We are looking forward to what this New Year brings! I hope to post some pictures of last month's journey, soon!
