We bought our first house in NC and it is new construction, too! We had a BLAST picking out everything for the house...when we found this housing development, we were so blessed that the builders were in Phase 1 of the construction. We picked out EVERYTHING inside and outside...including the color of the grout! Here are a few pictures of our new home in Fayetteville...hopefully, it will be complete at the beginning/middle of January! More pics to come soon...

Closing a Chapter...
Well, we are officially finished with the first step to our move. We finished everything in Arlington last night and headed to Poquoson for the interim before Jason reports to Ft. Bragg. WOW! We've been so busy! We've successfully looked for a house, found a house, bought a house, picked out everything for the house, packed up our old house, cleaned the old house and moved all of our belongings that we could possibly need for the next two months---in a very short time---AND, with 3 children! Whew! Amazing! We are so blessed and are looking forward to our transition to North Carolina...
The Halfaker team had a really nice farewell for Jason at Extra Virgin in Shirlington on Tuesday night...pictures to come as soon as I can locate my camera!
More updates to follow soon...

September...what a busy month!
Let's Go--HOKIES! A great final 2 minutes! Whew!
Enjoying some time together!
Grandpa Sigler meets Micah!
Granny meets Micah!
Jacob and Thomas enjoying the GA Aquarium! It really is hard to believe that September is almost over! Where did the time go!?! We have been busy this month doing all sorts of things...
We started out the month with a trip to Atlanta to visit the Harbours and the Childs. So much fun! We also went to the GA Aquarium while we were in GA, too. A quick trip back home with a trip to the National Zoo thrown in and then we were on the road again...this time to the Hampton Roads area to see the grandparents! Nana and Pop Pop watched the boys as Jason and I went to a Virginia Tech football game. What fun! Micah was even able to meet his great grandparents, too--"Granny" Thomas and "Grandpa" Sigler! Life is busy, busy, busy with 3 boys, but, we are enjoying every second! We are gearing up for Fall. Changing leaves, changing out clothes for ALL of the boys, and enjoying the cooler weather!

9 weeks old...

WOW! Micah is 9 weeks old today! I thought you all might like to see his cute smile! :) He is doing great! He is already wearing 3-6 month clothes because of his length...the snaps on the 0-3 month clothes just weren't snapping anymore! We are going for his 2 month checkup tomorrow--can hardly wait to see how much he weighs...not looking forward to the shots, though! :(

First blog...
Woo Hoo! I'm blogging! Windy has given Candy and I an "official blog" professional learning tonight! Thanks, Windy! We are having a blast in Atlanta and are enjoying time with everyone. Looking forward to blogging more of the "Sigler story" as we journey through the next few months.
